Ｒ———鋼(gang)(gang)板彎曲(qu)(qu)變形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)后(hou)的(de)(de)中(zhong)性(xing)半徑，ｍｍ。固溶(rong)(rong)(rong)處(chu)理后(hou)再進行金(jin)相(xiang)檢驗，對(dui)(dui)于(yu)螺紋(wen)(wen)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)鐵(tie)素(su)體(ti)含(han)量(liang)５０％～５５％為(wei)最佳。螺紋(wen)(wen)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)強度(du)(du)(du)(du)高(gao)，表面應(ying)(ying)力(li)大(da)，成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)作(zuo)(zuo)用力(li)大(da)，表面缺陷(xian)容易誘(you)發開裂；因(yin)(yin)(yin)此材料(liao)(liao)表面應(ying)(ying)做表面檢測，并消除(chu)表面缺陷(xian)。鐵(tie)素(su)體(ti)相(xiang)會使工(gong)(gong)件冷成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)仍具有(you)方向性(xing)，成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)后(hou)直邊(bian)余量(liang)不(bu)等(deng)，建議(yi)下料(liao)(liao)尺寸應(ying)(ying)比不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)略大(da)。 （１）由(you)于(yu)雙相(xiang)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)室溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)強度(du)(du)(du)(du)高(gao)，扭曲(qu)(qu)變形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)產(chan)品再成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)或矯直比奧氏體(ti)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)困難(nan)，因(yin)(yin)(yin)此在固溶(rong)(rong)(rong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)下，對(dui)(dui)薄壁、大(da)口(kou)徑工(gong)(gong)件設置(zhi)足(zu)夠的(de)(de)支撐(cheng)十(shi)分必(bi)要。 （２）４７５℃脆化(hua)區一(yi)般會在３５０～５２５℃溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)范(fan)圍內出現，因(yin)(yin)(yin)此熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)嚴格禁止在此溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)范(fan)圍內作(zuo)(zuo)業。 （３）坯料(liao)(liao)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)出爐(lu)后(hou)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)下降迅速(su)，散熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)快，很快可(ke)達脆化(hua)區；因(yin)(yin)(yin)此出爐(lu)至成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間應(ying)(ying)盡量(liang)縮短，封(feng)頭成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)后(hou)脫模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)不(bu)應(ying)(ying)低于(yu)９５０℃。熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)建議(yi)對(dui)(dui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)進行嚴格監控(kong)。 （４）坯料(liao)(liao)在加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)，當溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)低于(yu)６００℃時(shi)(shi)(shi)可(ke)以適(shi)當減小加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)速(su)率，溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)升(sheng)至８００℃左右時(shi)(shi)(shi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)速(su)率可(ke)以適(shi)當提高(gao)。 （５）由(you)于(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)會使材料(liao)(liao)金(jin)相(xiang)失去相(xiang)平衡，進而影響材料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)力(li)學性(xing)能(neng)和(he)耐腐蝕性(xing)能(neng)。熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)后(hou)應(ying)(ying)立即進行固溶(rong)(rong)(rong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)處(chu)理。
