（２）４７５℃脆化(hua)區(qu)一般(ban)會在(zai)３５０～５２５℃溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)范圍(wei)內(nei)出(chu)現，因(yin)(yin)此熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)嚴(yan)格禁止在(zai)此溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)范圍(wei)內(nei)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業。 （３）坯料(liao)(liao)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)出(chu)爐(lu)后(hou)(hou)(hou)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)下降迅速，散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)快，很快可(ke)達脆化(hua)區(qu)；因(yin)(yin)此出(chu)爐(lu)至(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)時(shi)間(jian)應(ying)盡量縮(suo)短(duan)，封頭(tou)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)后(hou)(hou)(hou)脫模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)不(bu)應(ying)低(di)于(yu)９５０℃。熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)建(jian)議(yi)對(dui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)嚴(yan)格監控。 （４）坯料(liao)(liao)在(zai)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)，當溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)低(di)于(yu)６００℃時(shi)可(ke)以(yi)適當減小加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)速率，溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)升至(zhi)８００℃左(zuo)右時(shi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)速率可(ke)以(yi)適當提(ti)高(gao)。
